Opening Day

Today was the first day in our new clinic. It is clean and modern and we actually have room to walk around. Each doctor gets one drawer with a key, and one cupboard. The doctor's lounge doesn't have a tv or a lock on the bathroom door yet. They haven't figured out where to put the mail, which means we may get the bookshelves back. No one is supposed to tape things on walls or use thumbtacks. We will have to work out the rough spots as we go along.

The patients like it. The waiting room even has coffee available. The eye clinic is beautiful. They have pictures on the wall. I wonder if the patients feel like they are getting better care.

It rained today. I love lying in bed and listening to the rain. It is a farmer thing. Hope all is well in your world too.
